Terms of Service

You need an account to use OLISSO, and you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and be legally able to enter into these Terms.

OLISSO is offered across several plans — Free, Creator, Growth, and Business — each described on our Pricing page, with its own monthly AI Sparks allocation and Instagram account connection limit. We may introduce, change, or retire plans over time; where a change affects an active subscription, we’ll give reasonable notice before it takes effect.

AI Sparks are OLISSO’s internal usage currency for AI-powered actions — they are not currency, have no cash value, and can’t be transferred between accounts or redeemed for money.

• Your plan's monthly Spark allocation resets each billing period and does not roll over.
• Sparks purchased separately in a Spark Pack do not expire and are spent before your next monthly refill.
• A Spark is only deducted once the corresponding AI action succeeds — a failed generation never costs you a Spark.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing cycle you select (monthly or quarterly). Payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider once billing is live on the platform; OLISSO never stores your full card details directly. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.

We don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law. Spark Packs are non-refundable once any portion of the pack has been spent. If you believe you’ve been charged in error, contact us and we’ll review it case by case.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse OLISSO's AI systems or infrastructure.
• Use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or deliberately misleading content.
• Connect an Instagram account you don't have the right to manage, or violate Instagram's own Terms of Use through the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to OLISSO without our written permission.

OLISSO owns the platform, its software, and its underlying AI systems. You retain ownership of your own content, Instagram data, and Brand Profile. Content OLISSO generates for you — ideas, scripts, reports — is licensed to you for your own use; we don’t claim ownership of it.

We aim for reliable, continuous availability but don’t guarantee it — features may change, improve, or occasionally be unavailable, and parts of the product depend on third-party services (Instagram’s API, AI model providers) outside our direct control. Dedicated availability commitments are available as part of an Enterprise agreement.

OLISSO is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access through the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use section above. On termination, your data is retained only as long as necessary before deletion, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
