We collect only what’s needed to run the product you’re actually using:

• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you sign up.
• Instagram data, once you connect a Business or Creator account — your username, display name, profile picture, biography, follower and following counts, and post metadata. We never receive or ask for your Instagram password.
• Brand Profile information you enter directly — business name, industry, target audience, goals, and similar details.
• Usage data — which features you use and how many AI Sparks you spend, used only to operate and improve the product.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor once billing is live; we never store your full card details ourselves.

• To provide Growth Intelligence, Content Planner, Link in Bio, and every other product feature you use.
• To personalize AI Brand Profile suggestions, content ideas, and analyses to your actual account — never a generic template.
• To communicate with you about your account and product updates, and, only if you opt in, marketing emails like our blog newsletter.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the platform.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, under any circumstances.

Generating a Growth Intelligence report, a content idea, or a script means sending relevant data — your Instagram content and Brand Profile — to a third-party AI model provider so it can produce that specific result for you. That data is used to generate your own output; it is not used to train shared foundation models beyond what’s contractually necessary for the provider to serve the request.

Every AI-generated claim in a OLISSO report is internally classified as observed, inferred, or estimated, so an analysis never presents a guess as an established fact. This is a core design principle of the product, not just a policy statement.

• Session cookies — to keep you signed in and secure your account.
• A theme preference cookie — remembers light/dark mode across visits.
• No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used today.

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers, each receiving only what it needs to do its job:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and secure storage infrastructure.
• Meta's Instagram Graph API — powers connecting and reading your Instagram account.
• AI model providers — generate your analyses, content ideas, and scripts.
• A payment processor — will handle billing once payment is live; we never see or store your raw card details.

• All traffic to and from OLISSO is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
• Your Instagram access token is stored server-side only and is never exposed to your browser or any client-side code.
• Database access is scoped and access-controlled at the infrastructure level, not left open to direct client queries.

• Access and export the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information in your account or Brand Profile.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Disconnect your Instagram account at any time, from your Dashboard.
• Opt out of marketing emails — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
